ATTENTION!!!
We are looking for fosters.

Have you ever considered being a foster to a homeless dog?
A lot of dogs are put down every week due to not enough space at kill shelters and not enough space at rescue shelters. Rescue shelters can only save dogs that they have a place for whether in the actual shelter or in a foster home. Being a foster has so many advantages. You will feel good about saving a dogs life, giving a dog a second chance to find their 'forever' home, and you will be loved unconditionally just by temporary providing a homeless dog shelter and love until they are adopted. Who knows you may find your 'forever' friend.

Please consider being a foster and a save a life!
Contact Jean at 614-530-5092 for more information.

Be sure to check us out and add us as a friend on My Space as well. We have albums of our dogs in their new homes and much more. Visit us at:

Cans for Canines

CANS FOR CANINES
We recycle aluminum cans and like items to purchase toys and treats for the dogs at the boarding kennel. You can help by having your household, place of business or school collect cans for us. When you have enough to fill a garbage bag, call us to schedule a drop off.

We also collect Coke codes. Any codes you have from 12, 24 packs or 2 liters of any Coke product we would be happy to use. Just send an email with the code to helpsavepets@yahoo.com

Make a Difference

Please spay or neuter your pets to prevent unwanted litters. Millions of dogs die in shelters each year because there aren’t enough good homes for them.

Please
don’t buy your pet from a pet store. Pet stores use puppy brokers that buy from auctions and puppy mills. These dogs are breed purely for profit and their care and health are forfeited for the bottom line.

Keep your dog on
heartworm preventative and current on vaccinations. Parvo and heartworms are easily prevented illnesses that can kill a dog and are expensive to treat.

Adopt your next pet from a shelter or rescue organization. The love you’ll receive from a dog who knows how bad life can be, cannot be matched.
The feeling you get knowing you saved a life; Priceless.
